SANJAY KHANNA
Sanjay Khanna is
an award-winning business communicator, climate commentator, and founder of a civic organization related to mental health and climate change. With more than 15 years' experience in advertising, analyst relations, corporate communications and print and online journalism, he has collaborated with Hewlett-Packard Co., Nokia Corp., SAP AG, and Yamaha Motor Corp., USA, communicating about disruptive patterns in business, technology and society, and contributing creative insight that speeds innovation of new products and services.
Sanjay writes and speaks about important business, environmental and social matters. In 2005 and 2006, Sanjay was on
the advisory council of ICIS, the International Centre for Creativity,
Innovation and Sustainability in Hornbaek, Denmark. A not-for-profit organization,
ICIS focuses on sustainability issues across
design and architectural disciplines and receives ongoing
funding from the European Union, the Government of Denmark,
and Danish corporations.
In 2002, Sanjay received a
scholarship to the Global Business Network’s scenario-planning program, where he engaged
with scenario thinkers and strategists from Deutsche Bank,
the Government of Singapore (Prime Minister’s
Office), Mars Corporation, Morgan Stanley, Pemex and
Petroleos de Venezuela. In 1999 and 2000, he developed
ads for Commerce One, Inc. that appeared in Fortune,
Industry Week, and The Wall Street Journal in North
America and around the world. In 1998, Sanjay was presented
with an International Association of Business Communicators
Silver Six “Award of Excellence.”
Sanjay's clients have operated in a wide range of industries, including automation, business-to-business exchanges, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, finance, healthcare, imaging and printing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, robotics and mobile telecommunications. Sanjay holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of British Columbia.

Heather Drugge
Heather Drugge has nearly two decades of experience
in marketing products and services in both the private
and public sectors, including more than 10 years in
marketing communications for high-tech companies. She
specializes in leading start-up technology companies
through the entire communications process, beginning
with corporate branding and positioning. A writer and
project manager, Heather has conceived and produced
hundreds of highly effective communications, including
customer case studies, interactive software demos, white
papers, web sites, corporate positioning pieces, annual
reports and more. As manager of marketing communications
for Pivotal Software, Heather established corporate
and product positioning and grew the marketing communications
team while company revenues multiplied by 400 percent per quarter.
Winner of the 1993 International Association of Business
Communicators Award of Excellence, Heather generates results for high-tech clients with marketing communications that pack a punch.
Heather holds a graduate degree from Simon Fraser
University in Vancouver, Canada.
Christopher Fagan
Chris Fagan is a designer who is known for intuitive,
strategic design sensibilities that bring ideas to life—and
enable organizations to position themselves as leaders.
He works with leading biotech, consulting and high-tech
companies, helping them win business with compelling
identity, print and interactive design solutions. Before
working with Khanna Research, Chris was senior graphic
designer at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was
responsible for designing visionary capabilities documents
and proposals that contributed to differentiating the
consulting powerhouse and helped to close millions of
dollars in new business. Over 15 years, Chris has conceived
and produced impactful print communications, web application
interfaces, branding and marketing initiatives for high
tech and financial services companies including Air
IQ Inc., Fincentric Corporation, Rainier Pacific Bank,
Syscom Consulting and VantagePoint Systems. Chris is
a graduate of Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design.
